  1. Sift dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coco powder three times. Add white and brown sugar in it and mix it well.
  2. For buttermilk, ½cup cold/room temp milk and add 1 tbsp vinegar in it and let it to be thick. Don't use warm milk.
  3. Beat one egg, add liquid ingredients in it and mix it well with beater. For coffee, in ½ cup boiled water, add 1 tbsp coffee and mix it well and add it in egg mixture.
  4. Now add this liquid mixture in dry mixture and mix it properly.
  5. Now set cupcakes clinkers in cupcake tray (not need to grrase the tray) and fill the ¾th part of clinker with batter. This batter is for 12 cupcakese.
  6. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. And bake these cupcakes at 180°C for 25 minutes.
