- Collect the ingredients
- Grease the cake tin with oil, sprinkle with maida and dust it out.
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, sugar. Sieve it.
- Take a heavy bottom kadhai, add salt, place a stand, cover with the lid. President Heat for 5 mins on medium high flame.
- Take a bowl, add water, instant coffee powder, oil, vinegar, vanilla essence.
- Mix well.
- Mix dry ingredients into the went ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into the cake tin. Fill about 3/4. Tap it. Place on preheated kadhai. Cook it on medium high flame for 7 mins. Then turn the flame low and cook for 20 to 25 mins.
- Cook until the toothpick come out clean. Let it cool for 5 to 10 mins. Gently brush with the milk on top of the cake.
- Unmold the cake. Use knife at the edges. Gently flipping the cake. Cover with the cloth.
- For frosting or ganache. Take a small bowl, add dark chocolate, cream, mix well until smooth. Divide the frosting into 2 and add one tbsp more cream in it and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Spread the liquid ganache on the top of the cake as shown. Dust with cocoa powder.
- After refrigerate 30 mins, whip it. Pour into the piping bag. Now decorate with piping bag on the cake.
- Garnish with Tulsi leaves and gems. Enjoy!!!
