Steps to make to make Cheesy veg burger
- For tikkiya put potatoes in cooker and take 4 whistles.
- Now mash it and add boiled peace and granted carrot in it now mix it properly.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, rice powder and bread crumbs to it. Mix them well.
- Now make tikkis from it size should be according to bun size.
- Now shallow fry them.
- For mayo sauce take a mixer jar and add cold milk, oil, salt and lemon juice to it. Grind it properly. Mayo sauce is ready.
- Now cut the bun in two pieces horizontally.
- On the lower part apply tomato sauce uniformly. Put cucumber sizes on it on equal distance.
- Put tikkiya on it. Now put granted cheese on it. Make next layer of sliced tomatoes and spread mayo sauce on it.
- Now put some butter on tawa and heat up the upper part of the bun from both sides for few seconds. Now put this upper part on the top of burger. Now again put some butter on tawa and heat up this burger from lower side for few seconds.
- Put it in the serving plate and serve it with tomato sauce.
